1. Great idea for research - we will implement this. 2. For client imports we will correct the phone number pattern to allow “-”
3. As far as duplicate client imports are concerned, we are currently checking email as a unique identifier, so if you try to add a client with the same email it won’t go through. If there is no email id, then unfortunately you will be able to add the client again.
