MyMaggie Dashboard and Extension

For an easier experience for the ICs add the clients that added in the MAGgie extension to the dashboard slide menu. You have created an environment that the ICs now need to operate two separate apps to have a full view on MAGgie on their desktop.

Optimizing trvel tale with AI

I love the content that is generated but I find it frustrating that I am unable to have it make tweaks to the travel tale. For example, it used a generic link for calendly Original output:… or schedule a consultation through https://calendly.com/example. Let's make your Alaskan dream a reality! When I try to optimize with AI, I try to tell it to replace the calendly link with the link I provide but it does not make the change. It does appear to be able to make any specific adjustments to the travel tale. Another example is that I tell it to make sure to note that trip includes a stay at the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge but it does not make any changes to the travel tale. It allows me to save the file so that I can edit it myself but it would be helpful if it could make the changes.

The MAGgie extension now has t this tab on the right when it's minimized. The tab interferes with my work as it's constantly popping up to "Set up a MAGgie shortcut". I'm honestly not sure what the intent is, so maybe I'm missing something, but prefer the tab not produce this callout. When I try to dimiss it, which I have to do a LOT, it takes a long time to go away. Is there a way to turn this off or do have to get rid of the extension all together?

I got an email that my Facebook account Patty Schultz was removed. I thought I just added it. I don’t know how to re-add it now it’s trying to connect an alternate Facebook page I have.

Groups & Leaderboards in MAGgie

This feature allows users to create or join groups inside MAGgie to collaborate with peers. This feature adds direct integrations with additional social platforms—Twitter (X), Pinterest, TikTok, others ? so agents can create and publish content to more channels from within MAGgie. It expands social media reach beyond the current supported platforms while keeping posting workflows centralized in one place.

Voice Integration

This feature enhances MAGgie with voice capabilities, allowing users to interact hands-free by speaking instead of typing. By improving voice input and responses especially on mobile agents can capture ideas, give instructions, or generate content more naturally while on the go. This lowers friction, boosts adoption, and makes MAGgie easier to use in real-world, day-to-day workflows

Easy blog

Easy Blog" is an option within the blog to not have to input much information. It works like the chat with Maggie feature. I can just copy and paste information from the internet, from news articles, or from a blog post and paste it into Maggie. Then tell Maggie to rewrite this information and use my own wording and voice. That's it. Maggie creates a blog article for me and gives it a title. By agents doing this, Maggie can be sure to be checking for copyright infringements and making sure that our agents are not just taking other people's content and posting it on their websites.

Email did not send

Hi! I attempted to send an email out that I created with the help of Maggie, and it did not “send now”. So, I tried to schedule it to send later, and it did not. I realize that it could be user error, but if so, then, I don’t know why? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Diana Thomas

adding tasks to calendar

I am trying to add tasks to my calendar but it’s not working. It creates a task, but the date/time field stays blank and the message is “failed adding task” and is not added to my agenda.

Content verbiage

When creating content verbiage, the system now puts Carnival Cruise Line for all the marketing packs regardless of which you choose. It used to put whatever vendor you were creating the information for. The screenshot attached is generated for Celebrity Cruises and the one I did before this one was for Norwegian Cruise Line. I someone is not paying attention they could post this incorrect information.

Connect facebook and instagram

I’ve tried multiple times to connect, but it doesn’t work. While I select the “reconnect” function, I instead get emails that say I disconnected.
