I cannot get the PDF to download from the link

Email did not send

Hi! I attempted to send an email out that I created with the help of Maggie, and it did not “send now”. So, I tried to schedule it to send later, and it did not. I realize that it could be user error, but if so, then, I don’t know why? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Diana Thomas

adding tasks to calendar

I am trying to add tasks to my calendar but it’s not working. It creates a task, but the date/time field stays blank and the message is “failed adding task” and is not added to my agenda.

Connect facebook and instagram

I’ve tried multiple times to connect, but it doesn’t work. While I select the “reconnect” function, I instead get emails that say I disconnected.

Client Import

I work with my husband and we both have admin access. He was able to download and import clients into MAGgie, but I keep getting an error. Is it due to the permissions>

Magic (I think that's what its called) is not working

I asked Maggie to write a blog post about little-know travel tips. One of the suggestions she made was to “Utilize Travel Deal Websites”. I clicked the “Magic” button (again I think that’s what its called) for that section and asked her to remove that suggestion - twice. As you can see from the screenshot, it’s still there. I know I can remove it myself, but I was hoping she’d replace it with something else.

Social Accounts Not Connecting

I’ve added my Facebook and Instagram accounts and it says they’ve successfully been added, but then they do not show up on the main screen afterwards. The same is also happening with my website. It takes me to my website but doesn’t connect it to MAGgie.

MySite Not Connecting

I’ve tried several times to connect MySite to Maggie. The login page pops up, I enter my login details, it accepts and logs me in but then does nothing. my site is https://www.bliss-vacations.com

Marketing Posts

When an upload fails, you receive an error message. thank you. It would be nice if the error message would explain why it wouldn't upload. It happened when I tried to upload to linkedin. I am successfully connected to Linkedin
